Hello, can you please email us at cox.help@cox.com? I believe the best course of action is to send out a service technician to address these issues. We were unable to replicate this issue, as our back-office team reviewed the local channel feed for your area and did not indicate any issues with channel 87. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
