music channels
why do music choice channels sputter almost all the time? anyone else have this issue? it seems other channels are fine but music is always messed up.

Hello. If you are having issues with the channels, I recommend unplugging the power to the box for 2 mins and then plug it back up. If that does not help, I recommend sending us an email with your full name, address, and a brief description of the issue to cox.help@cox.com
Same issue. Unplugging did not resolve. Reported to Cox help.

Hi,
I have reported this to our video team for investigation. They are looking into this for us. How often are you experiencing the stuttering. Is it constant, or every few minutes there is a hiccup?
