- CrystalSFormer ModeratorHello. Is this happening on one or all of your boxes? If only on one box, please disconnect the power cord to that box and wait for 2 minutes, then reconnect the power cord. Once the box is loaded up completely, check for the movies. If the issue persists, please email us at cox.help@cox.com.
