Missing OnDemand episodes
I'm constantly frustrated by missing TV episodes. The latest is Grant on History. Episode 2 was added today but episode 1 has never been available. What's the story?!

I'm seeing both episode 1 and episode 2 of "Grant" OnDemand right now on a Contour 1 receiver. Both episodes are on https://watchtv.cox.com/ too.
I have a contour hd box. Constant problems.
