- ColleenDModeratorHello everyone,
We don't have updates to share at this time but rest assured we are monitoring the situation and working with the provider to ensure this is resolved.

It is peculiar how your assumed to-be-sequentially-viewed shows are disappearing. It doesn't even follow a random pattern but a projected pattern.
Perhaps Cox is trying to wean us from viewing shows in their on-demand service to a streaming service. That way our data caps will increase: more money. That way we'll switch to an unlimited data plan: more money.

I too am still wondering how quickly this will be resolved - has been awhile - as mentioned earlier I do not like watching on my phone or laptop. Cox, please let HBO know and Cox sales as well that I find myself watching Netflix more and more as HBO series have proven unreliable and disappointing in terms I start watching and then episodes disappear.
Started watching Game of Thrones and episodes suddenly disappeared, so started watching The Wire on HBO, and guess what - suddenly missing episodes! Not sure how much longer I'll hang on to HBO if this doesn't get resolved soon. Trying to be patient, but why pay for services not being received on television.

What is 'as quickly as possible?'

I 'chatted' with 2 people Friday night. Both said it would be resolved in a few hours. Still not resolved and it's Monday. I was also told to use HBO GO ?? Why, when I'm paying so much for cable and HBO?
- MariaLModeratorHi RALONZO,
We are actively working with HBO to restore content as quickly as possible. The link provided below will assist with your inquiry and concerns with managing data usage.

I am having the same issue. I did an online chat last week and was told it would be resolved in 72 hours. Didn't happen.
I called yesterday and got ANOTHER ticket # and was told she would "send it up the line"--WTH does that mean?
I can do HBOGO and AirPlay to my TV but there's no surround sound....I know "first world problems"...but I'm paying almost $300/mo for Cox and this is unacceptable.
Interesting to me after reading this thread is that it's the seasons/episodes that we are all ABOUT TO WATCH...some of the seasons/episodes mentioned above are available on my OnDemand. -So I'm having a hard time believing this is an HBO thing. I finished Season 3 then when I got to Season 4, it only had 2 episodes. THEN i noticed that Season 5 only has 2-BUT all of the others have 10(or more)...for now at least. Something is fishy about this. Sorry to be so skeptical but it just doesn't make sense.
(i also thought i heard that HBOGO will count against your Cox data usage-??)

Thank you ColleenD, Please keep us updated on GOT because I too prefer the TV over watching online. Is HBO trying to move us over to HBO-Go - I hope not because TV is far more convenient and screen is larger. Don't want to be crowding around a laptop! Whole point of having the premium channel is enjoying shows at home. Thank you again - I hope the mystery is solved soon!
- ColleenDModeratorHello,
We have a ticket open to investigate the missing episodes and hope to have more information soon.
