Missing channels

Yes, I have checked all of the coaxial’s connections for tightness. Along with a replacement box…several refreshes … I’m at a loss.

Both ESPN HDs, AE, Movie Plex all show the XRE-03059 code.

Any help? Yeah I agree 1st world problems yada yada,lol

    That particular code indicates a technician needs to come out. If you have replaced all cables, and all splitters, removed unnecessary splitters, and swapped out the barrel connectors in the wall jacks, it indicates a bad signal level, and you will need to contact Cox for a trouble call.
