MeTV Picture Quality

Most of my channels are fine, but MeTV is terrible, constantly pixelating.  Has anyone else observed this?  I would think the problem is not my connection because it is only this channel exhibits the...

We are having the same problem and have been on 56 and 93. Have had techs come out twice and has not found a problem
