low volume level

  • Since receiving a new Contour box  I have a very low volume level! Watching TV and I have to up the volume on the contour remote to almost twice the level as with previous box! I have a Vizio TV and Vizio soundbar. The only thing that is different is a changed out Contour box.
  • Any others with same experience, and with a solution?
