lost video but have audio

I'm sure it's about the fact that I hit Contour and scrolled to apps to open up Netflix but I got impatient and pulled up Netflix on my computer instead.  I then exited out of netflix and got only the audio.  I tried hitting the guide button thinking that would bring the video back but it didn't.  Any ideas?

    If you haven't rebooted the Contour receiver since that happened, I would start by doing that.
