Lost mini box

We moved and need to discontinue service at our old house, but have a mini box on our account that we’ve lost…. Is there a charge for the missing equipment to close out the account?

      There are no amounts listed anywhere in the customer service equipment, just a section that states that the equipment must be returned.

        Yes...Cox will charge you for the missing equipment before closing or reconciling your account.
