Live TV on computer feature **

I'm logged onto the home network in WIFI and still get the same error on COX - "must be logged on" to home network to get this.   Automatic answer Ai ** as well as this feature inside COX.   How do I get it to actually work before the football game is over today...  Might be time to switch service providers.

    Make sure you are not using a VPN, or something that hides your IP address. that will cause the problem.
