I was signed in, i even tried signing out and resetting the app, signed back in, no change, last button still not working correctly.

Mike, I’ve had this problem for over a month. Every time I check to see if there’s a solution, I see that more and more people are having the same problem. Normally I would live with it but I primarily use the YouTube app more than anything else. I’ve reset the box, I’ve unpaired and paired my remote, I’ve reset the YouTube app, I’ve done everything that has been suggested and it still doesn’t work. I saw on a different forum that I may have to replace my cable box which I’ve only had for six months. As this problem remains unsolved, more and more people will complain... and rightfully so, every month we’re paying for something that doesn’t work. I’ve seen moderators say that they’ve reached out to the programming/video team but never follow up with an update or anything to assure us that this problem will be fixed. I appreciate the fact that the moderators are responding with suggestions and lets the programming team know that we’re having this problem but as someone that only watches YouTube, it’s become so frustrating to use the app without the last button that I don’t even want to use my contour box at all.
