Keep Getting “Please try again” error message!

Error code XRE 03059. I get this error frequently, but not always on the same channels.

The error message clearly says that “We are having some trouble on our end. This channel isn’t currently available. Please try tuning away from this channel for a few seconds, and then tune back to it. If that doesn’t work, please try again in a few minutes.”

i’ve followed the instructions in the error message multiple times. I reset the box multiple times. I’m getting tired of trying to have to fix your problems all the time. If the problem is on your end, you need to fix it now or put instructions on how to fix it.

    I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I would suggest checking the coax lines and if there is a splitter try bypassing it.

    Do you have another box? If so, do the other boxes do it too? If not, try swapping the outlet the box is on and see if the problem fallows the box or the outlet.
