In Haysville no local channels working for last 7 hours; getting no place with customer service

Please get channels 3,4,5,6,8,10 and 12 in Haysville back up...7 hrs without any local channel is ridiculous

      Local channels up with exception of 5.  picture has lines, shakes up and down and sound is bad.on 5.  Others working at this time.
