I have STARZ included in my subscription and why is it I can't access STARZ ENCORE FAMILY? Also, why can't access the new HALLMARK DRAMA? Do I have to subscribe to these 2 channels? Please Advise. Thank you.

Hi LTA0916, Hallmark Drama HD (channel 1344) and STARZ ENCORE Family (channel 1345) are both in the Variety Pak of channels. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
