I hate being constantly lied to

I hate being constantly lied to about my bill. I was told it was going up over $100 a month. I called and they told me they would get it to  $328 total for 2 years. No commitment. I accepted and then I get my bill today $370. We moved around our budget to get the extra $40-50 to cover the $328. Now we don’t know what we are going to do. If I didn’t live with my mother in law, wife, and kids I Would rip it from the wall and drive to the Cox store and be rid of you. But I have to find a way to make it work for now. I just wish you would stop lying to me. My mother in law is on SS and she’s not making any more money. I’m just so frustrated!
