I can't access my recordings

Just this morning I wanted to see my recordings, so I went to Contour, then Saved and what came up wasnt my recordings but Scheduled. All the options are For You, Schedules, My List, Purchases & Playlists. That's it. Under Scheduled is has You have no scheduled reminders in the next 14 days. I've tried to hit the down arrow hoping to change the View to something other but it won't go down. does anyone have any suggestions?

    I'm sorry to hear you're not able to access your recordings. If you have multiple cable boxes please make sure they are all online.
