    you have to contact cox to set it up then they should give you instructions

    Hi Jayhawker, are you attempting to watch Cox--provided TV content internationally? If so, this content is not available outside of the United States. The article titled "Accessing Cox.com While Traveling Abroad" is for Cox customers attempting to access their WebMail emails, as well as billing and account services information. -Kevin M.
