no one will respond, as this is a forum for other users to assist each other with technical problems. Your whining is falling on deaf ears. See WMO, I can use another word instead of KVETCHING!
I could understand some users wanting colored buttons, especially the alpha buttons, because the B button is kinda hard to find. However, I prefer the all-black design.
Which remote do you have? They have different kinds. Maybe you could swap it for a different one? They also have a web remote you can use with your smart phone.
