HD channels
I use to be able to hit 7 in the remote and it took me to 2007 and now it doesn't. How can I fix this?

As of 6/5/18 SD/HD channels are dual map which is the reason it's going to channel 7. When channel 7 appears it should be in HD.

Why doesn't this mapping work in San Diego? I have cablecard and contour 1 (the old box).
it's hopefully rolling out to everyone Omaha just had it done or is in the process of doing it. it's for cox hardware only if you have a TiVo with cable card the hd channel is still in the same location
