Having trouble with Contour 6

having trouble with Contour 6 in order to see a picture I have to unplug the box a plug it back in tech said its has to do with my Denon receiver. is this true?

    I did have a tech come out and replace the box but it is still have the same issue

      Hi Bobc24. Is the Denon receiver connected to the cable box or the TV? With what type of cable is your receiver connected? - Lisa
