Has anyone else been charged for Cox Contour Flex without subscribing to/asking for it?

My bill was $20 more than it’s been since I got rid of their TV service. When I checked my statement, services had been added without my permission.

    Never mind, my “bundle savings” inexplicably went away. Still unexplained but not the original issue I thought it was.
