Guide showing all programs “to be announced” even after multiple re-starts
I had a power outage and when the cable box started back up, the guide never repopulated. I restarted twice and did the refresh tool online. Even after 5 hours, all programs showed “to be announced”. I can watch TV and can watch my recorded programs. Items I had set to record recorded. I did online chat with Cox and they basically pushed a reset and nothing changed.
Hi ShibaTink, if you are still experiencing issues with our service, then the best course of action is to schedule a service technician to come out to the home. Please make sure there are no loose or damaged connections between the wall and the equipment, and that the coaxial cable is not damaged or bent either. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
