Freezing

my picture freezes every day.  I suspect that the system is overloaded, as repairmen have boosted the signal to no avail.  When I call, I am subjected to never ending identification protocols, followed by platitudes as to how important a customer I am, useless suggestions and promises and no solution for the problem.  Is there any wonder that so many customers are cutting the cable?

    Are you experiencing this on all cable boxes, live/recorded shows, all channels, or on-demand?
