The only channel we can’t view in our line up (zip 23185) is Fox News and it’s been a couple of months. When I call I’m told they can’t guarantee I won’t be charged if it’s an issue on my end. The message I get is that cox has an error on their end and to try back in a few minutes. I’ve reset the boxes over and over again but nothing.

The error code is: XRE 03059. It is not an equipment issue. It's an issue on Cox's end.

Same error in 85032. New service new equipment on 2/15 and 30 days later Fox News can't be reached. Tell me that's not a coincidence. Cox is so terrible. I wish my wife would let me cut the cord. Good news is FoxNow app works.
Called support again. They're sending a technician to my house. Seems like a waste of time as it's not my boxes it has to be on their end.
I’m just curious. Do you get CNN and MSNBC?
