FOX Channel 64 reverts to FX channel after going to Contour

FOX Channel 64 reverts to FX channel after going to Contour, never had the issue before going to contour.  sometimes it affects both small contour box and dvr contour, other times just the dvr contou...

It's when we turn on TV in the morning,  immediately it's not fox news.  Never had this issue on old cable boxes, only after we "upgraded " to contour

It sounds like you may have had a power on channel selected previously. When you turned on the tv, it was set to immediately be on that channel. Is that correct, or was it just the last channel viewed before turning off the TV previously? For the current box, if you're on a random channel and turn things off, it is automatically coming on to FX still once you power it on?
