For the last two weeks (Feb 2020) TV guide time has been EST instead of Pacific time zone, how do I change it back to Pacific time zone.

The time displayed on the Contour guide is 3 hours off.  It is shown in /EST instead of Pacific time.  I live in California and the time is shown 3 hours off. I opened a chat support session, and the...

@John K3, this issue is currently being handled by our Video Escalations Team. At this time, there is no estimated time of repair, however, we are working diligently to resolve the issue. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

We have the same issue.  The guide screen shows time as 3:25pm when it is 2:25 PM.  I unplugged the box and plugged it back in, but that did not help.
