- BrianMModeratorWe have heard of a few recent issues where customers that have the wireless cable boxes have been experiencing this issue. The fix has been to reboot the wireless modem (briefly unplug the power) and that should update the cable box information.

Me too, I'm in Las Vegas. I thought maybe the time change would have fixed it, but no such luck.

Same issue here in AZ. Very frustrating. Spent so much time trying to resolve and no one has a solution. They told me a week or so ago that they were working on it and it should be resolved within a few hours. Hahaha. A week later and nothing has been corrected.
