Been getting this error for almost a week now:  Contour is not available at the moment. Please try back soon.

(Error ftde.xact.3321.1107296356)

I tried Brave Browser and have same results.(Have not figured out fix for Brave yet)

I tried Edge and it worked somewhat sporadically....turned on/off...stopped a lot. (Not worth it!)

I can log into Cox and launch the app on my phone and Contour does work , I can

also view all account details when logged in.

I tried updating Chrome and had no effect.

PC specs are:

Windows 10 Home 64Bit

AMD A-8 5500 3.2GHZ  4 core processor

16GB of Ram

SO the fix for this error is this; since COX is of no help...I did it myself...They should pay me!

If you use the Duck Duck Go privacy Extension, you need to disable it to watch/use Contour in Chrome Browser.

Click on 3 buttons on top right of browser>More Tools>Extensions>Disable Duck Duck Go Privacy Extension!!!
