Favorites disappeared from the favorites guide list
Over the weekend, some of my favorites disappeared from the favorites guide. Is this a known issue and/or wide spread?

Instead of "Favorites" I have used "Skipped Channels" to achieve the same result. About one month ago, all of my skipped channels were reinstated without me doing anything. Cox said that they had never heard of anything like this happening. I don't have a solution for you but at least I know that I am not the only one.
