ESPN Delay
Hey evryone,
I am noticing massive delay on Cox when watching, like I check the box score it updates then minute later it happens on my tv. Its not glitchy its super behind. Anyone know the reason or know a fix?

Have you tried to do a system referesh? Hit the 'A triangle' button on your remote and then go to 'System refresh' and hit OK.
