ESPN channels

Is anyone else having problems with ESPN channels and SEC channels only. We have had the ever dreaded blue box showing up only on those channels for weeks now. My husband loves his sports and hasn't been able to watch much if any at all. This is ridiculous for the amount of money we pay every month and the fact we have had Cox for 30+ years. I tried to get help and the chat helper told me we would need to have a service tech come out ($75) since he couldn't resolve the problem by having me unplug the one mini box and plug back in LOL!. I told him all boxes have the same problem but he only had me unplug 1 box. Beyond frustrated!
