Yes, this is an issue for the last 4 weeks. I have had two technicians out to check all equipment etc... and still happens. I have 6 tv's with various types of boxes and happens on all. Tech told me Cox is aware of Channels 27 56 and 61 along with a few others. Problem is when I called to have my bill adjusted for known issues to channels that I am paying for they said they do not have in the records that this is a known issue..... Why - because they need to refund customers who are paying for these channels that do not work!!!!

Calling cox is a HUGE headache.....no one can fix the issue and getting a refund?? That’s been a headache too
