Error: TVAPP-00170 on watchtv.cox.com

Not able to watch TV on PC or tablet do to this error. Tried multiple browsers and same result. Issue began a few days ago and was working fine previously. Any suggested fix? Thanks

Same Problem for three days.  Changed password, browsers, computers.  Single person using the account.  Nothing works.

Tried changing password.  No luck.

    @Drpepper, If you have not done so, I recommend rebooting the devices that you are currently trying to use. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

      Thanks Alan.  Tried the reboot and no change.
