It appears timing is factor. You'd have to wait until Cox is done "working on it." Cox used to have a Systems Status page to have given us the go-ahead. Now it's just stabbing in the dark with reboots.
Hi Coastie. To reset the box, please unplug the power to the box for 2 minutes and then plug it back in to reset it. It will take about 5-10 minutes for the reset. Thanks, Lisa- Cox Support Forums Moderator
