error code on TV, XRE 03134

I have this error code on TV, XRE 03134. Cox says they're working on it. It says I may have to restart the box. Restart? Unplug something and plug back in? Help.

    It appears timing is factor.  You'd have to wait until Cox is done "working on it."  Cox used to have a Systems Status page to have given us the go-ahead.  Now it's just stabbing in the dark with reboots.

  • Hi Coastie. To reset the box, please unplug the power to the box for 2 minutes and then plug it back in to reset it. It will take about 5-10 minutes for the reset. Thanks, Lisa- Cox Support Forums Moderator
