I chimed in to prove this discrepancy isn't isolated to 1 specific account.

"On Demand" is what the promo on Contour stated so I navigate to EPIX on-demand, find an on-demand show, select the on-demand show...then Contour instructs me to subscribe to EPIX to watch.
Why do you insist it's us doing something incorrectly?

You should have took the initiative to personally open a ticket 2 days ago.
The problem was your promo on Contour just had bad wording because whoever wrote it was sloppy and lazy.
The somebody wrote "Enjoy all EPIX has to offer..." which wasn't true because we can't watch the channels and most of its on-demand content doesn't apply to the Preview. For example, I tried to watch the George Foreman dox, but I had to subscribe; however, I can watch an EPIX miniseries, War of the Worlds.
I've seen "limited" previews before and this was a limited preview. You just didn't understand it.
UPDATE:
I filtered all movies, documentaries and series during this Preview by 'Free to Me' and only get 3 results: Domina (1 episode), Godfather of Harlem and War of the Worlds.
"Enjoy all EPIX has to offer," eh?
