email to help and/or customer retention

Is there a way to directly contact - via email - cox help and/or customer retention.

Online discussion or phone just won't do when addressing newest announcement about losing recordings in the cloud [many already listed in Saved Recordings aren't really available "Sorry, we ran into a problem. This recording isn't available right now. Please try again later." - nothing different happens at any later].  I've already lost near full recordings when dvr harddrives went south - TWICE.

But COX was very sorry to hear about the trouble. 

They couldn't/wouldn't do anything about it - but they were really sorry...or so said the script.

So i was talked into going to cloud.  Now there is a short window where recordings made before a cutoff date that wasn't announced when there was actually time to prioritize which recordings would be watched.  But Contour has never had a useful 'disk space management'.

None of the too frequent increases in fees has ever resulted in improvement of the many issues with Contour. But fee increases have always been followed by increased frequency of problems. The newest problem in the last week is the inability to watch a recording to completion if viewing began while the program was still being recorded.  Cox quickly gets to a point where popup says i've finished watching and do i want to delete.  Doesn't matter that i've only seen 15 minutes of a 2 hour movie.

But i digress.

How do i contact directly by email where things won't have to be repeated multiple times because of not listening [not going in order of the script] and/or handoff to another person who will use the same script.  Email allows intelligent responses to ALL issues thus hopefully bypassing "is there anything else i can help you with -- when there has been zero help"
