DVR

My contour DVR can’t record anything. 10 minutes into playback it has an error. Every show. We’ve tried resets

    Trade in your box. They seem to have a high failure rate.

    if you trade in the unit, any saved recordings will be gone!!

      Given that the reported problem is the unit won't record, that should not be a problem!
