I know how important it is for you to watch your recorded content. If you have HBO you would not need to subscribe to HBOMax in order to use the HBOMax app on Contour. For the DVR issues. please unplug your cable box, wait 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. After that try to re-watch the content it should play all the way through.
