DVR not recording only new episodes

  • I just got the contour 2 Dvr. I have gone through and recorded a lot of series. When I set them up I selected record new episodes only. It seems that they are taping every episode not just new ones. Is there a fix for this problem??

    1. Have you tried cancelling the original scheduled recording then rescheduling the recording?
