That is already off, but this issue still exists.
- BrianM7 years agoModeratorFrom what I have read and looked into about the auto extend feature, it looks like this automatically kicks in with sporting events. I just tested it myself for the Fox Sports match up this coming weekend and it says right before you set it to record that this event will automatically extend.

That is what I am trying to stop on soccer matches when it is not necessary. But I can’t get my request to anyone who could change this. And as I said, it is not a feature that is always on for soccer matches as it was not automatic for the World Cup. So it is something that is put into a schedule, so it should be easy to stop.

OK, why can't you turn off this feature for ALL soccer games. If one game is auto extended by 1.0 hours (which is ridiculously long), you can't record another game starting shortly after the first game ends. We know which games will go to OT (rare during the regular season) and can manually extend those games. Please fix this. This ruins Saturday morning English Premier League games that we want to record. It's a simple fix, so please fix it.
