CW Channel 06 Phx Audio Issue

This is a consistent problem with the CW network shows on Phoenix Channel 06. The video/audio sync is slightly off. I have tried reset of the Contour box, using different audio settings, changing audio out from TV to sound bar to headphones. None of these have an effect. The problem also occurs when viewing the alternative CW channel on the Contour box. Before moving to Phoenix last year, I watched CW shows on Phoenix CW Dish Network Channel 61 and the Dish Network New York CW channel. No audio sync problems on either. Audo on the other CW Channel 06 programs has been fine. No problems with any other channels. Any ideas?
