Customer Dis-Service

I need to reduce my ridiculous bill which is over $400/mo. ATT much cheaper
Got through to customer service 3 times. Disconnected on first, couldn’t understand the 2nd one ,mans the third one’s voice started getting metallic to the point I couldn’t underst
