cox ondemand on Tivo boxes have some shows not fully available
Do any of the cox techs know why some ondemand programs when viewed through Tivo equipment only shows some of the program instead of the full program?

the episodes/programs cut off examples the kelsea ballerini miss me more music video i the music choice/country folder
Hi Andrew, I'm wondering if the files were truncated somehow. Are the episodes/videos cutting off because you've reached the end? Check the episode information to verify the video length. For example, the On Demand menu on a Cox video receiver tells me that the Kelsea Ballerini "Miss Me More" music video is 3 minutes 23 seconds long. Does this match the file length displayed in TiVo On Demand? At what point does the video end? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
the Kelsea balarini video got fixed over night and now plays, in the yurview folder the Go Omaha episodes are cut off only 1 min of the go omaha 1st episode is playing on demand on Tivo says it's 18 min long program
- Hi Andrew, I verified that the first episode of "Go Omaha" is playing past the first minute on the Rovi, Contour, and Contour 2 platforms. Manually initiate a connection to the TiVo service to make sure that there isn't a connectivity issue. Let me know if there are other titles cutting off.
