Cox on Demand App not working on Tivo Bolt

Hello, I am receiving v202 error when attempting to use cox on demand on my Tivo Bolt units in my house.  All of my other channels work fine, and I have rebooted all hardware and initiated a Tivo reconnect to the mothership command to no avail.   Any suggestions?

    you need to call there is something wrong with the account only cox and or tivo can fix
