Cox On Demand App does not appear on TiVo

Cox has been working fine on my Tivo Bolt for a year or so, except the Cox On Demand app has never appeared. I have reviewed the requirements with TiVo support and it should be available. I saw an answer to this issue in another Cox thread that Cox needs to add a feature code for "Cox On DEMAND for TiVo" to my account. Can that request be made through this forum?

    Your best option would be to contact cox.help@cox.com for help with your personal account.

    When emailing social media please include the full-service address and full name send again to cox.help@cox.com.
