Cox Contour Boxes updating always at the incorrect time

OK we have followed the correct directions for our boxes to update at a specific time. Unfortunately they are updating at a different time than what we selected and then taking close to 2.5 daily to ...

we have a dvr and a remote box, they both set to up date in early morning 2-4am. but recently we been getting a update at 830am bringing down borh bowxes for 5 to 10 min. also it be happening in the evening.both when we are watching them. we leave both boxes on all the time as re omended by cox sevice man. but still happeng

    @SEVa, it is possible you are affected by an overnight maintenance period as Allan mentioned. If you ever seek to confirm such work, please check the site www.cox.com/.../outages.html or Cox app anytime.
