unplugging shouldn't affect the smaller box.
have cox rep send a refresh signal, which will include any required updates.

You need the larger Host Contour box to be plugged in and connected in order for the smaller Client box to work.

Cox Support Forums ModeratorThank you for your reply. Maybe I was not clear. The host box is plugged in and working. I have now exchanged the host box also and the new one is plugged in and working fine, but still cannot get the client box to work. I have replaced all the cables and also ran cable to another cable wall outlet but still no luck.
