Cox and AppleTV app

Last night 4/13 I was unable to sign in to my Apple TV app. After speaking with Apple and the tier 2 tech support at Cox I was told they are indeed aware of the problem and they're working on a fix. Apparently they've had this problem before.  Clearing your data will not fix the  current problem. Until the fix if you want to watch Apple you will need to use the remote that came with your TV.
