Contour/Prime Video app

Problem started today (9/19/19). When try to watch PrimeVideo through Contour get the message "Oops. Unfortunately this feature is not working. Our engineers are hard at work to resolve this problem....

    So the problem seemed to be fixed this morning (Fri 9/20), but this afternoon it was not working. Got a new message with Error Cose SPPS-04036

        The issue has been resolved on our end according to our video engineers. I just tested the Prime Video app and it is currently working. Are you still experiencing trouble at this time? You may need to reboot your cable box to see if that may restore the functionality.
